Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, or US Territories may take up to 10-14 business days. Most orders are delivered by the United States Postal Service. Economy shipping can be used for any destination including APO/FPO, Puerto Rico and any U.S. Territories. Shipping price for non-contiguous U.S. states and territories is $12.95 plus 55 cents per 1/2 pound over 1 pound. If the order total is $125+ after any applicable discounts – SHIPPING IS FREE!
Delivered in the contiguous United States only up to 3 business days. Price is $38.75 plus 95 cents per 1/2 pound over 1 pound. May require a signature.
Because of the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to return or exchange purchased toys and products unless defective. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers. Any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned.
To return a defective item you will need a return authorization number. You can email returns@leisuretime.email to begin this process. When email – please include your order ID and the item that is defective. We will provide you with the RA number and which warehouse/address to send the product.
